She is a speaker in several forums on this topic and has conducted awareness workshops across India on the topic of Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Gender and Diversity sensitization.

It demystifies a hush hush subject and helps us look at prevention of sexual harassment not as a legal compliance item but a way of life through the simple ideas and recommendation for employees, employers and executives.
Read your book over the weekend. I enjoyed reading the book and liked the way in which it was written. Simple language, easy to comprehend and a case based approach made understanding easy. I especially liked the summary at the end which reasoned as to why the particular action was taken. The selection of diverse cases gave a good perspective as to what can be done in various scenarios. I would say a must read for working professionals and would recommend the same to colleagues and friends. Thank you for the book and the insights.
