Viji has worked with 900+ corporate brands across India, USA, and APAC, guiding organizations in building safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaces. She has handled over 200 sexual harassment cases as an external member, ensuring fair investigation and resolution.

In addition, she has successfully trained more than 3 lakh employees and students on PoSH, D&I, and mental wellness. She also leads the PoSH vertical for CII-IWN and the WICCI Tamil Nadu chapter.

Training and Consulting Contributions

Recognized as a thought leader, Viji has designed and facilitated countless workshops that blend awareness, compliance, and behavioral change. Her expertise includes creating safe spaces through D&I programs, driving gender equity, and addressing sensitive topics such as mental wellness.

She is a recipient of multiple honors, including the Women of Excellence Award 2022 by the Indian Achievers Forum and the ILDC Women’s Excellence Award 2020. She has also completed the Gender Diversity Program from INSEAD University, Singapore.
